Muscular Strength & Range of Movement

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to improve muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Cardio Circuit

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout.  A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

SilverSplash (begins June 7th)

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety!  This class offers lots of shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.  Swimming ability is required.

YogaStretch

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures that increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.

Pilates

Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.  It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
