BODYPUMP
The original barbell weight training class that strengthens and shapes your entire body.  Your choice of weight, plus compelling choreography and current music, inspire you to get the results you came for—and FAST!

Circuit
A high energy class that combines cardiovascular conditioning and strength-building exercises, using an interval approach for fat-burning and fun (in group exercise studio).

Core Crunch
A compact, 20-minute class that focuses strictly on abdominal, lateral oblique, and lower back muscles.

Dance Aerobics
This high/low cardiovascular class is set to original-artist music, with easy-to-follow routines.  Muscle conditioning, abdominal work, and stretching follow. 

Ignite
Start the fire!  An unchoreographed, athletic approach to getting fit.  This total body workout is for all fitness levels, and includes a variety of drills, cardio, plyometrics, strength training, core work, and stretch.

Karate
An authentic Okinawan life protection art that teaches self-defense to adults and youth (ages 13 & up).  *Monthly fee.

KidFit Kung Fu
A martial arts-oriented form of kid-appropriate exercises, stretches, and self-defense techniques, for agility and fun! *Monthly fee.

PiYo
A unique class—unlike ANY other format, that’s all about energy, power, and rhythm, designed to build strength, gain flexibility, and condition the core muscles.

Spin
A cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike set to music.  Each participant can ride at his/her own level.  You may reserve your bike 24 hours in advance at the front desk.

Step
A choreographed cardiovascular class using a platform and risers.  Sequences are introduced and developed as the workout progresses.  Muscle conditioning, abdominal work, and stretching follow. 

Tai Chi
The practice of this ancient Chinese art promotes serenity through rhythmic patterns of movement, helpful in relieving chronic pain, reducing stress, and increasing flexibility and agility.

TurboKick
Melt fat, burn calories, and reshape your body with the ultimate mix of kickboxing and simple dance moves.  Easy choreography and high energy intervals are the keys to this class!

VariYoga
This class combines yoga postures and breath, bringing balance to the mind and body.  The exercises are varied and modified for the unique needs and goals of participants.

YogaFit
A blend of balance, strength, flexibility, and power, designed to improve health, athletic performance, and mental acuity in a user-friendly fitness format.

Yoga
Designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation, this class improves flexibility, strength, and posture with sequences of traditional yoga poses. 

Zumba
This dynamic class fuses hypnotic Latin flavor with international zest, to produce an easy-to-follow “fitness party” effect!  Routines feature an interval training approach in which fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone, sculpt, and burn fat. 

No group exercise classes will be held when Searcy Schools are closed due to inclement weather.
 No group exercise classes will be held on these occasions, even when the gym is open: 
Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
