BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP Technique
This educational class involves the practice of correct form used in BODYPUMP, to ensure safety and productivity. Great for beginners! Meets on the first Sunday of each month.
Circuit
A high energy class that combines cardiovascular conditioning and strength-building exercises, using an interval approach for fat-burning and fun.
Core Crunch
A compact, 20-minute class that focuses strictly on abdominal, lateral oblique, and lower back muscles.
Dance Aerobics
This high/low cardiovascular class is set to original-artist music, with easy-to-follow routines. Muscle conditioning, abdominal work, and stretching follow.
Karate
An 8-week self-defense class in which confidence, coordination, and self-discipline are practiced in a positive atmosphere. $40 per member, and $80 per non-member.
Pilates (Puh-LAH-teez)
A mat work class based on the discipline first developed by Joseph Pilates. Focuses on stretching and strengthening moves that build posture and flexibility, coordinated with proper breathing.
Step
A choreographed cardiovascular class using a platform and risers. Sequences are introduced and developed as the workout progresses. Muscle conditioning, abdominal work, and stretching follow.
Yoga
A relaxing, rejuvenating class which includes yoga postures and stretches that improve flexibility and strength.
YogaFit
A progressive approach to yoga, through the linking together of several poses that increase stamina and endurance, while creating balance and a sense of well-being.
Zumba
This dynamic class fuses hypnotic Latin flavor with international zest, to produce an easy-to-follow “fitness party” effect! Routines feature an interval training approach in which fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone, sculpt, and burn fat.
